It's about being an ambassador for Ballarat and passing on your knowledge and experience to people visiting the Visitor Information Centre.  You will give them options on accommodation, what to see and do and our history and heritage.
Potential volunteers need to have a good local knowledge and passion for Ballarat  The role also requires you to deliver excellent customer service.

If you would like to help with food collection from the businesses who currently assist us, then please by all means sign up using the link below, and make a note in the comments section that you are applying to help with food collection. All meals are provided free of charge by local businesses. We have people who help serve meals once a month, while others create the rosters, drive the bus, organise volunteers or simply change the website content.
